Burnham sets out his reform agenda
Labour’s conference speech puts public services and Europe in focus.
Prime Minister Andy Burnham outlined a new social contract at Labour’s conference on Tuesday, according to AP. His programme includes electoral reform and a reset in relations with Europe.
